Jeffrey Brooks Vendo 56 Coke Machine Restoration

Machine was delivered to me for complete restoration

Machine has been torn down and all parts sorted for restoration process

Main Body is at body shop for body work and painting

All internal parts are cleaned and either sent off for Powder coating , plating, painting or polishing.

The Machine had a few rough years sitting,, Badly Rusted and will require some extensive body work, but 

nothing we can't handle.

After blasting, we cut out old rotted metal areas and welded in new metal and body worked it to match. New Metal will ensure stability and longevity of machine.

Body was painted, Main door painted and then off to the sign painter for the hand lettered graphics.

All internal parts are back from Powder coating and reassembly of bottle stack and innards is done.

All freshly powdered parts are reassembled and after new insulation in body, tub is installed as well as bottle stack and shelves.

Compressor is taken apart, cleaned, repainted, and rewired and installed in cabinet.

Main door back from hand painter for logo, looks awesome.  Main door reassembled with all new insulation, door liner and gasket

Main door components are reinstalled along with redone coin mech, and all parts replated, painted or polished, include original trim, professional treated for dent removal and repolished to mirror finish.

Final assembley of all parts, decals, bottle door glass.. and machine is ready to be sent back to owner.
