Customer ordered a VMC 81 Pepsi out of my inventory.
Machine was a nice solid original, but needed total restoration, machine has been torn down and all parts sorted for restoration process
Main Body is at body shop for body work and painting, customer wants it to be restored back to original with one color as from factory. Pepsi Blue.
All internal parts are being cleaned and either sent off for powder coating , plating, painting or polishing.
Main Door and Cabinet and all painted parts are back from paint and ready for reassembly once the other parts come back in from powder, chrome etc...
Main door is dropped off at sign painter to get the Pepsi logo painted back on by hand.
Main cabinet will recieve internal rust prohibitor and get ready for new insulation, before recieving freshly powder coated tub.
New bottom pan installed on all machines as originals are generally all rusted out.
Main Door logo is hand painted and awaiting reassembly.
Main cabinet recieved new insulation, breaker strips, and freshly powder coated tub was reinstalled.
Main Door is reassembled with all new insulation , gaskets, door liner and lighting assembly redone.
Main door is hung and ready for coin mech, and accessories to be installed soon.
