Garski Cavalier 72 Restoration

Machine was delivered to me for complete restoration

Machine has been torn down and all parts sorted for restoration process

Main Body is at body shop for body work and painting

All internal parts are cleaned and either sent off for Powder coating , plating, painting or polishing.

Powder coated Tub and shelves are back.

Painted Cabinet and Door are done and back from painter.. main door is off at Sign painter now for hand lettering.

Bottle stack was missing some parts when it came in, I was able to make the part that was missing and got the bottle stack to work properly. so I finally dissasembled it once I confirmed how it worked and that is being restored as we speak.

I plan on all the peices coming together very soon and have this out to the owner very soon.

Main door has been hand painted and is back in the shop, it will be reassembled with all new insulation , wiring and gaskets and the main door liner has been powder coated to match the silver interior.

Coin door will be reassembled will finished parts and hung on machine.

Main Cabinet has been reassembled with all new insulation and breaker strips

Restored Cooling unit has been reinstalled and mounted.

All internal parts are remounted and main door hung,

coin mech installed as well as all coin door hardware

machine is all put together and awaiting pickup.
